These guys are okay, not awesome as vets. I went for the service plan where they draft your account and they got my account number wrong, didn't call me about it ( - for six months!), then sent my account to collections. I came in and they told me about the discrepancy and were very good about resolving it in the office, paid everything, got the discrepancy resolved, regular payments being drafted, etc, etc, - EXCEPT - I am still on collections, with regular, automated phone calls coming to my house every day. They are drafting my account, but their collection agency is still calling me on the already resolved action.
Pros: Competent vet, good assistant staff.
Cons: Office makes mistakes and misses them, uninspired service. It's just "blah".
