I had a urgent situation and I called Bancroft as a new patient and they immediately made me feel like I was part of the family! The customer service is exceptional, by far the best I have ever experienced. I was taken care of within 24 hours and had my procedure done within 48 hours. The entire staff is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Bancroft Dental Care. more

The staff is really professionals. They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. James is the best at explaining every procedure. I never liked going to the dentist but after my experience with Bancroft dental I'm looking forward to my upcoming visits more

I like because have quality time to lessen patient pain problem, agony and have time to find or locate to examine what is really going of individual patient needs to get well. Also very well explain to the patient. I wish that will continue your good service to all client that you have serve and for more clients to come. In a timely manner for the procedure I under went, (jaw tooth extraction) I was taken care of in a professional caring manner, I was given personal care that I really appreciate.
