My family and I arrived from Europe, now assigned to DM. Bancroft & Associates was highly recommended by several folks on base, as well as the Housing office. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. We were able to locate a really nice home at a fair price. Communication was terrific, they helped with all the necessary utility and service phone numbers to make our move less of a hassle. Their form passed review at the JAG office without a hitch, even included a Military Clause for our benefit. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism. more

Great Service! 1/8/2013

Fantastic service! Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I hired Bancroft & Associates because I had problems managing my own rentals. The tenants were taking advantage of my good nature, damaging the property and twisting me into knots. The tenants knew the laws better than I did. The staff at Bancroft intervened and started holding the renters responsible for their agreement. The really know their business! Glad to have them on my side. more

Highly recommend! 2/14/2012

I used Bancroft & Assoiciates after deciding to rent my home after my divorce in 1992. They helped me become a knowledgable landlord. They walked me through every step of the way and told me what to expect. I was very reassured by their professionalism and customer service. My property was kept in great shape, as per what I saw when I decided to sell after several years of doing business with them. I have no complaints and highly recommend them, especially if you're thinking of renting your property and don't know what it entails. Pros: null Cons: null more
