Bamboo is a relatively new restaurant, and, despite the funny name, has pretty solid Colombian food. Not the most flavorful empanadas I've ever had, but you can tell that they are freshly made and the oil is very fresh. A nice thing about Bamboo is that they make Ajiaco on both Saturday and Sunday, as opposed to just Sundays like many other Colombian restaurants. They do have the "usuals" such as bandeja paisa.\r

The food is solid, but the standout is the service. Everyone there is consistently friendly and very attentive. Prices are extremely reasonable and overall it is a good restaurant if you're in the mood for Colombian food.
