Bamboo Garden Restaurant

I have been to many Chinese Restaurants here in Corpus Christi and around the US. Bamboo Garden is above average and most of the time you will be satisfied. The wontons, egg rolls and the food is fresh to order and not reheated. They have great lunch specials and the meals are extra large. You can order one for two people and it should be enough for the both of you. I can say that when they first started years ago, it was way much better, but as everything growth affects the quality when you are having to serve many more customers. These many more customers come to this restaurant for a reason, the reason is that they enjoy the atmosphere, food quality, taste and price. A great combination. THE SCENE: Hidden in a shopping center, the Bamboo Garden is a retreat from the city within the city with its slightly dim lighting and Asian decorations. THE FOOD: The menu is extensive, serving both Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. The entrees in a clay pot have a mystery effect with its presentation. The restaurant caters to vegetarians as well with its options. more
