I think that bama lanes is Clean and has a good deal. There food is not the best. I like bama lanes but it is not the best. They were nice and helpful. more

well we had a chance to take our youth department and they enjoyed themselves, the place was real clean and were else are you gonna go and find such a deal! and we will be visiting them real soon. thanks for the chance to come. more

Bama Lanes 10/21/2007

Every summer I take a group of children there for a field trip. They always have good time. The people that work there are always helpful and friendly. I agree that it needs a facelift. It is very nice that it is now a non-smoking facility. It used to be so smoky. more

Great Times 10/16/2007

I have bowled on a league at Bama for 7 years now and have made some lifetime friendships but I do agree with other reviewers that it needs a facelift. Other than that it is a wonderful place with a great staff. more

Bama Lanes - Montgomery 4/27/2007

I would have to agree with a few of the previous reviews. the place could DEFINITELY use a update. As an asthmatic, the moldy ceiling tiles and AC vents make me cringe. I know that the man who owns the one in Prattville also owns this one. It would be nice if he could manage to put a little bit more money in the one here to spruce it up a bit. I also agree that the food is great though! more

Great fun, great food 4/26/2007

Eat and bowl three games for less than $10. What a bargain? You even get shoe rental. My seven-year-old loves going to Bama, and I love the fact that we get a couple hours of fun for less than the price of a movie. It's great family outing. more

Fun 4/13/2007

Bama Lanes has been a business of Montgomery longer than I've been living. It can definitely use a face lift, inside and out. Otherwise, bowling there and even hosting parties there is a lot of fun. The staff is friendly. The food is reasonably priced and what I've eaten has been delicious. more

Ok, but not the best 4/12/2007

We recently attended a Birthday party at Bama Lanes. I admit when I walked in, I was taken back in time to when I was a young lad. It looked about like the little bowling alley in my small hometown. It also appeared to be in about the same shape!! It wasn't the nicest lanes in town by far, those on Woodmere seem to be much nicer. We were crowded into a small area for a pretty good size party. If it was up to me, when it comes to bowling I would personally choose the lanes on Woodmere, but if they are booked up, you could survive either a Birthday "party" or a game at Bama Lanes. Since we were guest at the party, I don't know what amenities were offered or the cost, but I can say the kids enjoyed themselves a bunch. more
