Baltimore Magazine is like City Paper's grown up and sophisticated cousin. It contains information about all the goings on in Baltimore, but generally leans toward the more mainstream. The tone is informative and at times pretentious (but what do you expect from a magazine that advertises 1.2 million dollar houses?). The magazine is definitely useful and often has some interesting articles about the history of Baltimore. I just tend to skip past the stories about the wealthy of Bmore--it's too wannabe NY Post.
