Martha, Martha, Martha!!! She was so sweet and helpful. My daughter tried on a number of dresses. Martha listened to what was said as we discussed each dress. The next thing you know, she walked up with the most gorgeous dress that was everything my daughter was looking for...and ultimately was the dress that she chose for her wedding day. This is an amazing boutique! The quality, style, prices, and staff are awesome. The staff provides positive and negative feedback that is critical to your decision making process and to your budget. I originally purchased my prom dress there in 1986 for $600-It’s beautiful and some of my babysitters have used it through the years. In 2007 I purchased my daughter a $700 gown for her sweet sixteen but because it was so amazing she decided to save it for her prom three years later 2010. Well we moved in 2008 from Memphis, TN to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. My daughter's dress was a ""Show Stopper""! I'm sorry I submitted this late but my niece is is getting married and lives in KY. I'm sending her to Ballew to receive the treatment she deserves for a once in a lifetime event! more

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Ballew Bridal. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door by Jeannie. We initially went in to look at bridesmaid dresses but could not resist going over to the other side to look at wedding dresses. This was our first time to shop for wedding dresses so we were a little surprised when Jeannie said ""of course try on anything you like."". When my daughter described what she was looking for Jeannie said ""I think I have just the dress."". Sure enough it was perfect. My daughter had to think about it for a few weeks but when we went back and tried it on again she said ""yes!! to the dress."". We ended up ordering the wedding dress, my mother of the bride dress and starting the process of ordering brides maid dresses. It was such an easy and relatively painless process. We don't have our dresses yet but I fully expect that we will be 100% pleased. So I would highly recommend Ballew Bridal Salon. more

After I wrote my nasty review on David's Bridal I'll write my wonderful one for this store. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and asked if I needed and appointment and she told me no just to come in whenever I wanted. So I went ahead and came in, by myself, because I was bored. Connie told me to pick out any dress that I liked so that I could try them on. I picked like 6 different dresses, because of my lack of being able to try on dresses at d.b. I wanted a good selection to pick from. The first dress I tried on is the one I'm going to buy for my wedding. This dress is absolutely beautiful and fits me like a glove! Since I was by myself Connie and another associate in the store gave me input on what they thought about each dress I put on and also gave me suggestions. She made sure any dress that didn't fit me quite right she pinned and clipped so that I could see what it looked like if it were the right size. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable and I was so satisfied with the service I recieved. I would suggest this store to anyone looking for any type of formal dress! Pros: beautiful dresses, attentive staff, great prices Cons: not as large of a selection as some stores more
