I would highly recommend this office! Loved the staff and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Elliott, the root canal dr. was wonderful and so convenient having a specialist in the office! I had all of my treatment done in one day and my pain was relieved. Thank you Ballard Family Dentistry for saving my tooth! more

Excellent Dental Service 7/17/2011

From making the appointment, completing the history information to the actual appointment was excellent. Everyone was courteous and professional. After the appoint the follow was also great. The office staff and dentist was excellent and looking forward to future appointments. more

Since moving to the DFW area 10 years ago, I went through several dentists before finding Dr. Ballard. I have been a patient for almost 2 years and love the service they provide. Dr. Ballard takes time with me and is genuinely invested in my care and any concerns I have. I have hated going to the dentist since I was a child, however, they have made my procedures as comfortable as possible. I have routine cleanings and have had multiple fillings and crowns placed. Also, I am a teacher, so it has been easy to schedule appointments after school hours. more

Patient with this patient 5/30/2011

I had several crowns to replace on one side of my mouth. Dr. Scott Ballard did the work quickly and I felt very little discomfort. His assistant was very kind and knowledgeable. Because of the quantity of crowns, getting them to feel just right took longer than I expected, but he & his staff were super patient. They insisted I return for adjustments until everything felt great. They look beautiful too! \r There was some confusion with my insurance company, but it was not the dental office's fault. Their office staff was helpful and experienced in dealing with my plan. \r Overall - a BIG toothy grin for Ballard Family Dentistry! more

My husband and I have both been going to this office for our dental needs ever since we moved to TX about 3 years ago. Making an appt is very easy. Their office is clean and run very efficiently. more

Greatest practice in the Ft. Worth area 5/6/2011

This practice is one of the best in the Ft. Worth area, we have been going to them for over five years, I needed to get in for a last minute appt and they fit me in, looked at my tooth that was giving me some issues and gave me some advice on the root exposure. GREAT SERVICE! 3/17/2011

I received great services from start to finish. The front office staff was courteous and professional. I absolutely loved Heidi the dental hygienist and Dr. Cook was fantastic. I was extremely nervous about my first visit due to being a new patient. After about 30 minutes I knew I was in good hands and my worries went out the window. I have quite a bit of work to been done to get where I need to be and I am grateful to have found this safe haven. The facility is state of the art and the staff is amazing. more

Great Office 3/16/2011

I went to this office after a friend recommended, skeptical because I am not a fan of going to the dentist. But it was as comfortable as it could of been for me. Everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. I had a fractured tooth that needed a crown and root canal, which terrified me. But when I went in it was very easy I was nervous for nothing. So they now treat my husband and kids. Glad I found them! more

To say the least I have had nightmarish experiences since I was a child with dentists. Never being completely numb or during the numbing process hit a nerve that left the left side of my nose and left eye numb and droopy eye for several weeks. When a 1 tooth cantalever bridge broke off from a crown I had for 26 yrs., Dr. Scott Ballard tried to save the abutted crown, in order to abutt it to 2 teeth, but found the crowned tooth was cracked down through the root. He suggested a dental implant, which had been suggested by my periodontist, as well. I was most reluctant and absolutely did not want this procedure. After Dr Scott explained the procedure and how tiny the actual implant was and that I would be under sedation, I skepticly elected to have this procedure. The very next day I contacted my periodontist (Dr. Ballard had contacted my perio to explain what had happened) & my perio had to do a bone graft and insert 2 implants. I am now in the process of healing to accept the 2 n more

Wonderful place for your dental needs 6/3/2005

I found a friendly, caring, family run establishment for my family's dental needs. Dr. David and Dr. Scott Ballard truly care about details. Check them out!!! PROS: Brand new building. Up to date facility. CONS: A bit pricy. But worth the extra that my dental plan will not cover. more
