Look everything over 1/2/2011

Make sure to carefully look lease over. We were told after a year that it goes to month to month but left out that the rent is more unless you sign another year lease. Check the oven and everything else, get in writing what was already broke or dirty. The oven was filthy when we moved in and we got some of our deposit taken for dirty oven when it was horrible the day we moved in. Also, cut the grass the day before. We cut it three days before moving out and got charged for them needing to cut grass. Would never rent from this place again. more

Look at Lease Carefully 4/30/2008

The houses are good quality but the rent is just too much for the home. Things don't get done making the home less valuable but the rent goes up. It is redicolous! more
