WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
There are so many problems with this place, it is ridiculous! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE!!! If you leave a message, they might call you back several hours later, but more than likely it will be a day or two later. When I finally got my massage scheduled, and I was waiting in the office, I called their work phone just to see if their non existent phone would ring. Turns out, they don't have a phone in their office at all. No wonder you can't get anyone to answer!
Their email and answering machine will direct you to their online appointment booking website, which is useless since it only shows times for the next few weeks, which doesn't help if you need it to be on a weekend, which means you might have to book further than a few weeks. And don't even think about rescheduling! What a nightmare!
Then I was suckered into a cupping massage instead of a deep tissue massage. Which wasn't terrible, but deep tissue would have been better since I have a lot of tension in my neck, but with all my hair it prevented the guy from getting the suction cups to stick. And the masseuse was dressed like he was about to go to a Metallica concert. Very unprofessional. I was brought in for my massage late, and it ended early. I feel like I should get a 60 minute massage if I pay for it.
The real problem though was with the owner. After the massage, the owner was sitting at the receptionists desk when I went to schedule my next appointment (and leave a tip) since my girlfriend had gifted me a Groupon for Valentines Day as well (so I essentially had two Groupons to the same place).
She told me that they would not honor the second Groupon, and that I would have to tell my girlfriend she would have to refund it. She got angry, and annoyed right from the beginning. I told her I didn't agree with that since it was given to me as a gift for Valentines day. She told me that I was now supposed to go tell my girlfriend to take her gift back that she put a lot of thought into. She didn't care. She was incredibly rude, and almost threw me out! I cursed a few times and left.
Because of this she had her husband call or whoever he was to tell me and my girlfriend that we are both banned from their business, and to call Groupon to get a refund. Why I am getting blamed for the stick up her a$$ is beyond me. Not only that, but why is my girlfriend getting blamed?!
The owner is the worst. Why she did not just calmly explain how the promotion worked is unbelievable. She got angry, and annoyed right from the beginning, and instead of trying to calmly explain why she would not honor the Groupon my girlfriend so lovingly spent money on, and gave to me, she threw me out and banned us both.
There was not a single enjoyable moment that I have experience while dealing with this business. From trying to schedule an appointment, to trying to leave a tip. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!
