I have been a giving public presentations since around 1993. I will admit that when I took Baker Communications Exceptional Presentations class, I was a little hesitant going in. I wasn't sure they could teach me anything I didn't already know. Wow, was I wrong. This class is one of the best communication / presentation classes I have ever had the honor to attend. Baker Communications's unique two-day format of Presentations Training gets you out of your comfort zone and on your way to becoming an Exceptional Presenter. The instructors tape you each time you present and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback which enabled me to make immediate changes which vastly improved by public speaking skills. I could see from reviewing the video clips that when I first started, I tended to speak too fast and gesticulate eradically. The very patient and talented instructors at Baker Communications helped me to feel comfortable when I was presenting and inspired me to improve my vocal projection and perform more effective gestures with my hands to reinforce my topic. I attended Baker's Exceptional Sales Course, Exceptional Presentations and their Exceptional Negotiations class and I am more at ease with customers, have sold more of our lead products and tripled our add on business.
