What a treat! Breakfast served with a bread basket of 4 or 5 bread varieties just out of the oven. The Baker has a nice breakfast selection including egg dishes, smoked salmon, housemade granola, and lots of other choices. My table of 4 tried two of their signature omelettes, granola and yogurt & brioche french toast. The french toast was supurb, as was the rest of the meal. Service was friendly, and attentive. Will definitely go back. Would like to try lunch there sometime. Pros: Freshness, High Quality, Friendly Service Cons: Tough parking lot, although street parking is an option more

i was very disappointed when i was brought here for breakfast it was my grandmas bday and it was either cici cafe. unfortuneatly we picked this one. the breads are ok nothing overly special, yeah they are baked on premises. other than that its ok. i had the mediteranian omelet it was ok too. nothing fancy. it seems like it is a vegetarian restaurant or a health good restaurant. cos they have turkey bacon. to me that is ""fake bacon"" and i dont eat faux bacon. at least everyone in my party agreed the food wasnt all that great and the prices were kinda high for what you got.my mother had to ask for hot water 3x and we didnt get enough silver ware so i got up and got it myself..unfortuneately we wont be back or at least not with me Pros: fresh bread Cons: service was slow, food was little bit pricey, faux bacon more

Not only is the bread basket filled with a variety of fresh baked, organic breads but the breakfasts and lunch items are great. I particularly love the breakfast dish ""Shakshuka"" (mediterranian flavors and vegetables with poached eggs--delicious!). For lunch you must try their tuna salad sandwich on one of their fresh breads, I like it on the multi-grain breads. The soups are great, homemade on the premises, and the other menu items can also become favorites. The desserts the Baker offers are luscious, creative and you can have any of them there with their fabulous organic brew, including espresso drinks. I've had a couple of lovely lunches here...yummy sandwiches with fresh and tasty ingredients, but I am mostly a fan of their desserts. Whoever is in the bakeshop here is a genius, especially the creator of the fantastic carrot cake, one of the best I have ever had. They will also do amazing custom order cakes for birthdays. The Baker has a warm and friendly atmosphere with great baked goods, salads and sandwiches. We love the tuna salad, the bread and the cookies, too! This is a great place to use up your daily carb allowance! Pros: Friendly staff, fresh bread, fresh ingredients in the salads and sandwiches more

The Baker is a very cute and friendly little place that makes for a perfect weekend breakfast spot. I ordered the french toast, which was fantastic! They serve a menu full of heart healthy items. The food is simply wonderful here. I love getting the different sandwiches on teh various homemade breads. The side salads are also top notch.
