Bailey's Home Furnishings

I bought living room couch and love seat and a recliner. the recliners foam was bad. they sent a guy out to fix it and he did a terrible job, foam got a hump in the middle of the chair in no time and cloth was wrinkled. they offered to send same guy out ,I said no so they said I could take it to Rochester which is almost a hour away, I wont go back there again. I hope my couch and love seat lasts me a couple of years but I doubt it, it already getting flat. I have been shopping in another town where they stand by there furniture. I got a new recliner there and plan on getting beds. more

I would definetly give Baileys Home Furnishings a 5star rating ..The customer service was excellent, the turn around time after ordering and receiving our furniture was relatively quick and the delivery guys were so polite and careful bring in our new living room set. Deb was so helpful in getting us the furniture we wanted and offering every option they had for us to get what we wanted. I will definitely be back for furture purchases!! thanks Deb!! more

Great people to work with! I bought a sofa and two chairs and got a free flat screen television. Bailey's often has really good promotions and I got 90 days same as cash with no credit check. Be careful not to confuse this store, which is Bailey's Home Furnishings, with other Bailey's furniture stores in the area. This store is owned by Calvin Bailey and he just has the one store in Plymouth. They are at 921 Jefferson Street and have been at that location ever since I can remember. They have all the top brands and there really is no reason to make the drive all the way up to South Bend to shop for furniture. I went up there when I started shopping for furniture, but ended up getting exactly what I wanted at the best price right here in Plymouth. more

We had a great experience buying our new living room furniture at Bailey's here in Plymouth. Calvin and Debbie were very helpful and we will definitely see them again when we redo our bedroom. This is NOT the same Bailey s furniture company as the Bailey's furniture store in Rochester or Argos where they mostly sell off brands and are more like a warehouse. The Bailey's store here in Plymouth is on Jefferson Street, just a few blocks east of the Dairy Queen. The store here in Plymouth is "Bailey's Home Furnishings" and is owned by Calvin Bailey who has been at the same location for ages. People are always getting the stores confused. more

After my last visit to Bailey's Home Furnishings, I'd probably choose another furniture store. When I first walked in I felt like I was immediately judged by my appearance. Never mind that I had the money in my pocket to purchase what I was looking for. I did end up buying what I was looking for there and the delivery was decent. But the way I was made to feel will keep me from going back there again. more
