So I have warranty for my TV through SquareTrade (they are awesome) and the assigned my repair to Bailey TV. I never got a call from them, and every time I called them was because I hadn't heard from them in a few days, every time there was a lame excuse and after 2 weeks the parts for my TV still hadn't been ordered. After calling SquareTrade they canceled the repair to be done and sent me the money for a new TV! more

Best TV shop in Louisville 4/9/2009

Bailey TV has been in business for over 50 years and they are keeping up with these new types of TV""s. They fixed my 42"" Sony LCD and it is working great. They even told me how to use HDMI out of my cable box to get better picture. My picture has never looked so good. These guys really know there stuff. A++++++++ Pros: Fast Service - Reasonable Cost more

Television Repair....get someone else that is competent enought to fix your television. 9/13/2007

I cannot reccommend Bailey TV. Bernie, the service man, came out and took a part out of my TV and kept it for three weeks. He returned and put the part into my tv and it had a fuzzy picture which he maintained was a cable problem. The cable repair person showed me by using another telvision that there was nothing wrong with the cable. I called Lyndon Television Repair and they repaired the part (a pin missing in the tuner) that was causing the real problem in just an hour. I paid $122.00 and received nothing from Bailey TV. Beware! Cons: Long wait for service and no repair.... more
