Not long after purchasing a brand-new CTS premium wagon from Baierl Cadillac, I started having an issue with the radio. Despite the fact that it was a new vehicle, my dealings directly with Cadillac were very discouraging. After being brought to my wit's end by Cadillac, it was Dean Winner, the Service Manager from Baierl Cadillac, who was able to step in and take care of the issue.
