I have studied with Tim and Cathy for 8 years. Not only is it fun and enjoyable but it has been tremendous for my back pain, improved my posture and created lean lines on my body. The ability to practice both pilates and gyrotonics is a big plus. Teachers are knowledgable and are consistenly studying to improve their practices which keeps the lessons fresh and interesting. It's a great combination of a mind and body workout. Highly recommended to all.
