Amy and I hadn't been to Bacaro in a while. We showed up at 6pm on a beautiful Boulder evening. The outside area was full, so we grabbed a seat near the window. We were early enough to hit happy hour (which ended at 6:30) - great prices on tapas like Italian / Med food. Just order a bunch off of the happy hour menu and finish it off with a margherita pizza - there's no need for a full meal.
