Had a horrible experience at Bacalao. They tried to sell us a Cuban Sandwhich with lettuce and tomato and when we asked why the sandwhich had that the waittress told me ""that's how Cuban Sandwiches are made"" and ""That's how the new cook makes them"". Then she changed her story to ""Oh, the manager changed the menu"". Hey business owners are entitled to change their menus but they SHOULD POST IT ON THE MENU. The whole thing was made worse by the fact that my friend found what we think was cat hair not only on her sandwhich but baked into the bread. The last time we were there we had a bad experience and tried to give them a second chance, lesson learned. Oh, and if you are wondering, we still had to pay for the rest of the things we ordered, $8 for a hot dog and fries and a coffee which was wrong to begin with.
