I've been working out at the BAC for a few years and recently started going to the French Road location, taking a weekly group personal training class with Megan. She motivates all of us and tailors every session to each of our levels. We all get a great workout, and have a good time too! more

This is a great club. I have been a member for 9 years and the girls really motavate us. I have had Anne as my pt trainer and she is great. Love going in when I have an appointment with her. Sorry I have to go to another club so my husband can join me in training\r \r Pat more

I like BAC because there is a variety of fitness machines and cardio to keep me from becoming bored, and it's nice to have a trainer who can show me the right procedure/postion of exercises. I feel that this is the best club I have ever belonged to.\r more

I joined BAC for women over the summer with a personal trainer. She has helped me to achieve my goals and has also become a friend. BAC is a friendly and clean atmosphere along with feeling comfortable to work out. I would def recommend this gym to anyone! more

I have been working out at the BAC for 4 years and have seen incredible results. I have not only lost over 40 lbs. but I can also run consistently for 30 minutes. I am even signed up to run the Turkey Trot this year. Four years ago I would never have imagined myself where I am today. Thanks to the motivation and commitment of the staff at The BAC!!!!!! more

I recently joined this club and referred 2 family members, as well. They had a great promotion going on that allowed me to save a ton of money off of my enrollment! It was definitely worth it...everyone is great here! more

I came to the BAC inquiring about a promotion that was going on. I was very surprised at how clean the facility was compared to other gyms in the area. I feel very comfortable working out here on a daily basis..and the staff is pretty nice, too. more

I got in shape at the BAC! 2/3/2012

I'll admit, before I joined the BAC I shopped around. After 1 year as a current member, the BAC definitely beats out the competition! There are so many classes and the cardio and weight floor is very spacious. I'd never thought a gym would have so much to offer. I'd never workout anywhere else :) more
