Best

I manage an upscale hair salon and Neil has transformed our space! His attention to detail and creative input helped us produce absolutely gorgeous prints to display on our walls...

Worst

I should have read the reviews. These people pretend to be nice when you make your order but if you they do a terrible job and are incredibly rude when you pick up. DO NOT USE TH...

worst printer in the u.s. 9/23/2008

Do not go here, you can get better prints and better service for a 1/3 of the price at Walmart, yes Walmart. more

HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE. 8/7/2008

This is the first review that I have posted on citysearch. I was SO displeased with the customer service that I felt COMPELLED to post. I went in for passport photos, thinking that I would get better than average quality photos there. The price was high at $13 but I took a chance. From beginning to end it was unprofessional. There was no professional lighting and the woman snapped three quick photos of me unceremoniously. When I asked if I could see or pick the image, she said, ""No, we'll just pick the best one."" Even though it was a DIGITAL camera and she could have easily showed them to me then and there. The resulting photographs were terrible. I looked like I was grimacing...perhaps in anticipation of the terrible service I would receive! They refusing to redo them and were completely unapologetic. more

Lost my film, no response, no concern, no service. Go to Manhattan Color Lab! 3/7/2007

I'm taking a photography class and the only reason I went to Baboo is because the school listed them as a lab in the area. Pros: Absolutely none Cons: Lose jobs, no customer service, poor quality prints more

They lose yer stuff! 5/30/2005

I agree with the other review: their scans stink! Their prints too unless you're doing a select few & you specifically tell them to pay attention to color. They process film the same way any crappy 1 hour-service at a drug store does itthey feed it through a machine and look the other way. My big complaint however, is the fact that they lost my film!! Every time I called they were impatient, or told me to call back later. How do you lose someone's film?? Don't they label their jobs? They were basically too busy to look for my job and they kept passing me to someone else on the phone, so I had to explain why I was calling to at least 2 people everytime I called. Very frustrating and not worth it. Bad customer service. I had been warned prior, but didn't listen. I wish I had!! more

Never again 9/29/2002

I paid a fortune to have these guys develop my wedding photos and put coipies on CD. They charged me $20 per roll for the CD ""Drum Roll"" scans. The prints looked great, the scans were garbage. I brought the CDs back and they said they'd take a look at them. About a week later they finally got around to it, telling me that that was the best they could do. Beleive me, the quality was poop- it was obvious by the prints that the photos were good, these guys just couldn't be bothered. The scans were out of focus, dark, muddy... you name it. They finally offered to scan a few select negatives for me, but I was on my own beyond that. No refund. Nothing. Another photo lab in the neighborhood told me that Baboo had a bad rep, now I know why. Pros: 24 Hours Cons: Bad Customer Service, Bad Work more
