I agree with the other review: their scans stink! Their prints too unless you're doing a select few & you specifically tell them to pay attention to color. They process film the same way any crappy 1 hour-service at a drug store does itthey feed it through a machine and look the other way.
My big complaint however, is the fact that they lost my film!! Every time I called they were impatient, or told me to call back later. How do you lose someone's film?? Don't they label their jobs? They were basically too busy to look for my job and they kept passing me to someone else on the phone, so I had to explain why I was calling to at least 2 people everytime I called. Very frustrating and not worth it. Bad customer service. I had been warned prior, but didn't listen. I wish I had!!
