Hi Brad: Just a quick note to let you know how satisfied we are with the work you've done on the 930 and the Civic GX. Both are exceeding our expectations! The last LPR autocross found me in 6th overall behind 4 trailer racers and a very well-driven 964 RSA--not bad considering my long absence and lack of practice. The 930 performed flawlessly and I was able to improve steadily throughout the day. I adjusted the rear ARB at the half-way point, and it made the weight transfers much easier to control. The Civic is a different car with the new springs, shocks & ARBs - transformed into a trustworthy and predictable machine as compared to the bowl of soup it used to be around corners. My 2005 M3 just came off Factory Warranty and I was looking for an independent shop to perform service items that I do not want to undertake. I am a Car Guy and admittedly am pretty picky about how things are done and how things are discussed with me. I want to be part of the troubleshooting experience and not given some BS by the repair writer at the dealer. BTM was reccommended to me by an fellow engineer at work that had alot of work done to his 1995 530i over the years by BTM including suspension upgrades. I have not been disappointed and the installation of the front camber plates and prcision alignment along with mounting and balancing of my Hankook R compound racing tires and high temp brake fluid and racing pads, the M3 is now extremely competent on the track. Brad's advise and guidance on upgrades was superb and I am moving to the next stage on handling mods shortly with BTM. more

I have BMW's and Porsche's and have used dealerships and other independents, and BTM is the best in the Bay Area. They provide great service, is competitively priced and most important of all, are a team you can trust and work with. They are open about costs, work and always break down the service they plan to perform. The facility is clean, well managed and I get my cars back on time and in budget.
