Dear BMW of Mt. Laurel, I cannot tell you how enjoyable the two days spent at your Dealership were for my Husband and I. We had just gone down to that area, (70+ miles from home), on business, and just stopped into your Dealership on the off-chance that I may find my "Dream BMW" that my Husband and I had been shopping for so long. After a dozen plus car buying experiences (two of which were BMWs) over the past 25 years, I can honestly say I have never been compelled to write a note of appreciation following the buying/selling experience. This situation is different. From my first to last interaction with Ky he was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. In the Delaware Valley I have several dealerships I could have purchased from, but I chose to purchase from your dealership for the reasons I mention above.
