Dropped off car at 8.40 to fix brake issue (following safety recall). Its 12.05 and apparently they dont have the part needed in stock to do the repair. N-i-c-e. asked for manage...

Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. 10/26/2010

After a dozen plus car buying experiences (two of which were BMWs) over the past 25 years, I can honestly say I have never been compelled to write a note of appreciation following the buying/selling experience. This situation is different. From my first to last interaction with Ky he was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. In the Delaware Valley I have several dealerships I could have purchased from, but I chose to purchase from your dealership for the reasons I mention above. I know it's only been two days, but I could not be more satisfied with my BMW and the experience with your dealership. more
