The last few cars I have had were, as you would say everyday drivers. Over the last year I have set a goal for myself to get an upgrade. It was time to start my search and get myself the car I wanted. The car I wanted was a C class Benz. When looking around I came to find out it was harder to find the exact luxury car I wanted with the options I wanted. I stopped by Benz of Henderson. They were so helpful and accommodating, we were able to make a deal on a brand new C class in the perfect color. I couldn?t of been any happier and im really glad I reached my goal at Mercedes Benz of Henderson. more

It seemed like forever and still no luck. I looked around for a new car but it had to be the perfect car in the right color with the specific features I wanted. I went to almost every dealer and was determined to get it. A few weeks ago I stopped by Henderson BMW and I gave them my specifications and they showed me everything under the sun except what I wanted. No deal was made, however about 2 weeks later they called me and told me to come down to take a look at a car. It was my dream car. Every option I wanted and in the most amazing color. They really bent over backwards for me and they didn?t even know if I was still looking. If they would do this for me and I wasn?t even a customer of theirs yet I wonder how much they will do for me now.. GREAT SERVICE!! more

The service is excellent. They do what they promise, also I don't have to travel far, If anything is wrong with my car. All the service team were excellent with there approach and their knowledge. They made our experience very pleasant. Very easy buying process. I would refer anyone to Jesse at Desert BMW. more

Recall 3/3/2012

Bought my car from Steve and a couple months later I had a recall on a buckle in my car. I took it in not knowing exactly what to think. They new exactly what needed to be done, took my car in right away. First time in the service department, it was a good experience. I look forward to doing my regular services with Henderson BMW. more

Henderson BMW has the best service around. Everytime your their is seems like your car gets in right away and it doesn?t take very long to get serviced. They always take great care of my baby and I thank them for that. I come to Desert BMW of Henderson for all my service needs and you should too. more

Henderson BMW has the best salesmen around. I went through the whole Valley Auto Mall and most of them are so pushy. At BMW no one is pushy and they care about you and what you want. They gave me so many options and all were in my budget. I really recommend Henderson BMW. more

Getting my car from Henderson BMW in the Valley Auto Mall was the best thing I could have done for myself. Getting a BMW was a big decision for me. Its my first brand new car, I have always had used cars. Even with all my other purchases this one almost seemed effortless, it was the most smooth and easy process ever. If your coming to the Valley Auto Mall you have got to Stop by Desert BMW. more

Henderson BMW had a great selection to choose from. I drove all the way here from Centennial and it was worth the drive. I had a great time here test driving a few different cars, and then doing the entire finance thing. It was all so easy and fun. more

Very Happy 1/17/2012

Henderson BMW gave me a great deal on a new car. I was so scared going into one of these higher end dealers, thinking they would be taking advantage of someone that has never owned a high end car. It was nothing like that. I went in, found one I liked and test drove it. then we went in and ran my credit and I took it home. It was so simple and easy, im truly happy with the service and my new car. more

Henderson BMW had a great selection for me to choose from. I went in for a used car and left within my budget with a new one. I had a great time with my salesmen and the staff. They have a great sense of hummer when the time is right and know how to get to business when need be. more

Henderson BMW had the best deal for me. I was able to trade in my old BMW and get top dollar for it, along with my trade in they sold me a new BMW and a great discount. I was able to get a new car and lower my payment. Not to many times does that happen. Im really happy with them. more

Great Place 12/22/2011

My last car I got was a benz. My lease was up and when I went back to the dealer they wanted to charge me for so many things it was crazy. I started to look around for my options before I had to pay a lot of money. I stopped by Henderson BMW and they offered to buy the car from me. They were able to get me into a brand new 740 and may I say it is a lot nicer then my Benz. Also a plus was my payment went down, not much but it is nice to have a smaller payment and a nicer car. more

Bill in Service is Great 12/14/2011

Henderson BMW is not only around the corner, but is also only a phone call away! I have been using the Service Department since I moved here from Arizona. They have great work ethic, when you get there you are instantly greeted even if they are just walking by. They always are friendly and always do make sure that you have any and everything you need to feel comfortable. Bill is my go to guy, funny friendly and very intelligent. I highly recommend this facility for anyone need their BMW serviced! more

Henderson BMW has the best salesmen around, not to mention the best location ever. Right off the 215 and auto show dr. The service was far soupier then anything I have ever encountered. The level of service and the most convenient location gives you no reason not to try them out before making your final decision. Ill bet on it youll be happy. more

Suprise 10/19/2011

Henderson BMW gave me an excellent deal on a new 3 series. The car was for my daughter as a gift and they were aware of it. When I told them that, they offered to deliver it to any place I wanted and place a giant bow on the top. When she got the car it was like a scene out of a movie. Thank you so much Henderson BMW. more

From the initial moment I contacted Larry, my sales associate, to the exceptional and sincere follow through of Gregg Randolph, the General Manager, I simply cannot express how pleased I am. Not only did this dealership bend over backwards to find me a car that says ""me"", there was no pressure, and just a great experience. Paulette in finance took extra care to answer any questions we had. In taking delivery of our pre-owned BMW, Matt Hulse, the service director made certain that my new auto was in terrific order and condition (You could swear the car was new!)
