Great Service 7/21/2012

It seemed like forever and still no luck. I looked around for a new car but it had to be the perfect car in the right color with the specific features I wanted. I went to almost every dealer and was determined to get it. A few weeks ago I stopped by Henderson BMW and I gave them my specifications and they showed me everything under the sun except what I wanted. No deal was made, however about 2 weeks later they called me and told me to come down to take a look at a car. It was my dream car. Every option I wanted and in the most amazing color. They really bent over backwards for me and they didn’t even know if I was still looking. If they would do this for me and I wasn’t even a customer of theirs yet I wonder how much they will do for me now.. GREAT SERVICE!! more

Great Service 6/24/2012

Looking for a new car in Las Vegas you have many choices. There is the Valley Auto Mall, there is centennial park way, all up and down Sahara and now over by rainbow and 215. With so much to choose from its hard to pick. We looked around for a while and it seemed like we went everywhere. When we stopped by Henderson BMW in the Auto Mall they were so far the nicest and most accommodating. We continued our search and went to a few other places. Every time we went somewhere we kept comparing the car we were looking at to a car we looked at, at Henderson BMW. Just no other dealer could compare with the deal they were willing to give us. We found ourselves back at Henderson BMW and we got a spectacular deal along with amazing service. Definitely 2 thumbs up. more

Great Service 5/27/2012

The service is excellent. They do what they promise, also I don't have to travel far, If anything is wrong with my car. All the service team were excellent with there approach and their knowledge. They made our experience very pleasant. Very easy buying process. I would refer anyone to Jesse at Desert BMW. more

Recall 3/3/2012

Bought my car from Steve and a couple months later I had a recall on a buckle in my car. I took it in not knowing exactly what to think. They new exactly what needed to be done, took my car in right away. First time in the service department, it was a good experience. I look forward to doing my regular services with Henderson BMW. more

Henderson BMW has the best salesmen around. I went through the whole Valley Auto Mall and most of them are so pushy. At BMW no one is pushy and they care about you and what you want. They gave me so many options and all were in my budget. I really recommend Henderson BMW. more

No Time 2/8/2012

Henderson BMW has some of the best and knowledgeable service writers around. I had a small issue with my car and just by the sound they were able to determine what was the cause and how much it would be. They got it fixed in no time and they also washed it for me, considering it was a filthy mess.. more

Getting my car from Henderson BMW in the Valley Auto Mall was the best thing I could have done for myself. Getting a BMW was a big decision for me. Its my first brand new car, I have always had used cars. Even with all my other purchases this one almost seemed effortless, it was the most smooth and easy process ever. If your coming to the Valley Auto Mall you have got to Stop by Desert BMW. more

Henderson BMW had a great selection to choose from. I drove all the way here from Centennial and it was worth the drive. I had a great time here test driving a few different cars, and then doing the entire finance thing. It was all so easy and fun. more

Very Happy 1/17/2012

Henderson BMW gave me a great deal on a new car. I was so scared going into one of these higher end dealers, thinking they would be taking advantage of someone that has never owned a high end car. It was nothing like that. I went in, found one I liked and test drove it. then we went in and ran my credit and I took it home. It was so simple and easy, im truly happy with the service and my new car. more

Henderson BMW was able to get me out of my old Benz which I was upside down on and get me a new BMW. 0 down and my payment only went up twenty bucks. Im very happy with the deal they gave me and I love my new car. more

Henderson BMW had a great selection for me to choose from. I went in for a used car and left within my budget with a new one. I had a great time with my salesmen and the staff. They have a great sense of hummer when the time is right and know how to get to business when need be. more

WOW 12/27/2011

Henderson BMW had the best deal for me. I was able to trade in my old BMW and get top dollar for it, along with my trade in they sold me a new BMW and a great discount. I was able to get a new car and lower my payment. Not to many times does that happen. Im really happy with them. more

Bill is Service Department is great 12/14/2011

Henderson BMW is not only around the corner, but is also only a phone call away! I have been using the Service Department since I moved here from Arizona. They have great work ethic, when you get there you are instantly greeted even if they are just walking by. They always are friendly and always do make sure that you have any and everything you need to feel comfortable. Bill is my go to guy, funny friendly and very intelligent. I highly recommend this facility for anyone need their BMW serviced! more

Henderson BMW has sold many cars to my friends, family and now me. I took their words about the service they received and now I can speak about it for myself. When they told me it was so good and went on and on about it I thought they were exaggerating. Im not going to boor you about it but I now can say you get nothing but the best there. In my book it’s the best dealership in the western hemisphere. Keep it up. more

Henderson BMW has the best salesmen around, not to mention the best location ever. Right off the 215 and auto show dr. The service was far soupier then anything I have ever encountered. The level of service and the most convenient location gives you no reason not to try them out before making your final decision. Ill bet on it youll be happy. more

Henderson BMW in the auto mall should be in its own class. All the dealers around them cant even come close to the service you get here. They aren’t pushy at all and are willing to listen to what you want and not what they want you to have. Also they are willing to negotiate with you and are not set in their ways. A great place for a great dealer. more

Suprise 10/19/2011

Henderson BMW gave me an excellent deal on a new 3 series. The car was for my daughter as a gift and they were aware of it. When I told them that, they offered to deliver it to any place I wanted and place a giant bow on the top. When she got the car it was like a scene out of a movie.
