I very much enjoyed working with James Byerly. James had a very helpful and low-pressure approach throughout the selection and purchasing process. He was always there when needed and did an excellent job explaining features, but was never ""pushy"". I ordered a vehicle spec`ed out exactly as I wanted, and James kept me informed of the progress and expected delivery date of the vehicle. My brother ordered a BMW from another dealership in Houston, and has had a very different and much less positive experience. BMW of Beaumont, and James in particular, completely met all my expectations. more

I was having some problems with my AC and I went in for some service which included also an oil change. My cup holder was also not wedged closed on the driver side. Willie greeted me with courtesy and listened to the problems I was having with my car and assured me that it will be looked at. Later that day... he called me on my cell phone with an update of my problems and what was happening. I came in the next morning to pick up the car. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you again! more

I dealt with WILLIE GILLARD with my entire service arrangements. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I work in Port Arthor and the closing time is 6 pm around there but Willie gave me a little extra cushion to make it. Overall, I had an excellent experience for my first visit there. GOOD JOB!! more
