Fast service! 3/8/2012

I was travelling back from Orange to my home in Austin when the tire indicator light came on -- red. Willie, the service advisor fielded several calls from my secretary and me and after my arrival at the dealership, the car’s tire was replaced in less than an hour so that I could make my way back to Austin. I was thoroughly pleased in every respect. more

Our salesperson Mr. Willie Calcote... was exceptional. As a very busy business man who has no patience for the car buying process... Mr. Calcote seemed to know all of my likes and dislikes without an exchange of words. He did not waste my time nor insult my intelligence. Mr. Calcote`s type of professionalism is extremely rare and I am sure is what makes him successful in his field. I look forward to purchasing my next BMW 7-Series from him in 2-3 years. more
