We first hired them to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of a recently purchase used car. Not only did they get the smell out but the outside of the car looks brand new and shiny. The interior now is free of smoke and there is not a speck of dirt to be found. Would recommend their services any day. more

Ben seems very knowledgeable about how to maintain cars and clearly cares a lot about what he does. He is quite thorough. There was a little bit of polish left in small crevices, but that's being very picky. The inside was well cleaned with no observable dust or dirt. A very good experience that can improve with each cleaning. more

Excellent Job! 2/23/2011

Great expierence. I had a lot of paint spots on the inside of the car. It was all over the seats, carpet, and dash. When Bls was finished the paint was gone and the inside of the truck looked new again. So happy! Thank you....... Mike. more

BLS Auto Detail Santa Rosa worked their magic for us. 2/23/2011

BLS Auto Detail Santa Rosa is awesome. They arrived on time and were very professional. The carpet in our car had gotten wet and smelled really bad. They took care of it quickly and efficiently. We are really happy with the results. Driving in the car is totally bearable now. I highly recommend their services. more

I found BLS Auto Detail on Google when I was searching for mobile detailing services in Sonoma. They detailed my car and it turned out beautifully. I sold the car as they were finishing the interior cleaning of the car in my driveway! Their availability was great. They were fast, very thorough, and professional. They used professional equipment, too. The value was good and it was a high-quality job. more

Convenient, affordable, and he delivers what you ask for. 12/2/2010

BLS Auto Detail is very convenient. Ben came to our country club, so he arranged to have the vehicle finished and done by the time I was finished. It was easy to pick it up an the end of the evening. My car had been washed previous to this experience, but this time it was a full detail. The car looks good, very good in fact. As far as the full detail goes, he got into places I didn't think he could get into, including in between the center consul and seats. There were M&Ms down there, and now it is all cleaned out and looking nice. Ben was very accommodating. He wants to know exactly what the customer is interested in or what you want focused on in particular. My carpets had never been cleaned, so he was more than accommodating to make sure everything I wanted was right. more

BLS Auto Detail detailed a 15 year old Volvo for me. It required a lot of work because I am sure they had to buff out the paint more than a new car for example. It required a little more effort because it was 15 years old. They did a good job and kept within the price quoted. I have used BLS at the golf course for a car wash, so it was my second experience with Ben, and the second type of service I have received. Both services were a 5. If you are very specific about what you want, like almost anything in life, you will get it. Ben is easy to talk to, knows his business, and brings all his equipment. He doesn't really use your water. He leaves the site like he found it but a little wetter. more

Ben actually worked for me several years earlier and my mechanic referred me to him. It wasn't until he showed back up at the site that I recognized him. I doubled the job when I saw him. I was originally planning on just having my Mercedes done, and I also had him do my truck. He cleaned the cars inside and out. It's like showroom quality after he was done. He was real good with the price, good with the service, and didn't leave a mess. He shows up on time, he does what he's supposed to do, and you're happy with the product. I would recommend him to anybody. In fact, he's actually on my Web site as a recommended professional. more

Ben, with BLS Mobile Auto Detail, gets out pretty quickly when I need him to do work. He's a character, and I like that. He is a good guy and does a good job. It is obvious that he cares about his workmanship. When we have a car that is pretty destroyed we call Ben and have him come down. He probably does that for us a couple of times a month. more

Convenient service. 6/24/2010

I actually found Ben, and BLS Mobile Auto Detail, at another business, and I took his card. I use him to wash the vehicles every two weeks. He shows up and does the job just fine. He washes and waxes, and does the carpets as well. I also use him for the boat. Everything looks great. It is convenient to have someone come to the business in order to do the cars. more

Easy, straightforward experience. 5/21/2010

Using BLS Mobile Auto Detail was pretty straightforward. I have a good sized fleet and wanted the best quality and pain-free detailing experience as possible. It pretty much was just that. If anything came up Ben and I called each other. It was nice that I could always be in contact with Ben. The detailing job was better than what we have gotten from dealerships or our previous detail shop. Using him was straightforward, and he has pretty competitive prices. Adam Fichtelman more
