It is always a great experience when I go to this dealership. I ve been going back for about 16 years and my sales rep, Ralph, makes every trip stress free.

Worst

EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A SCAM!! Wants to charge $$$ for work that I could get for a 1/4 of their price, then when I declined for not wanting to get reamed, they charged me $48.00...

My salesman John was excellent. He got the car I wanted and came in early to wrap up the deal because I was going out of town. He set everything up in the Fusion so it was ready to go. I would recommend John to anyone ready to buy a new vehicle and would absolutely buy my next car from him. more

We only buy Fords and always go to Bill Brown for service. We have enjoyed excellent customer service since our first experience with them 13 years ago (sales and service depts). Our sales person was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and products available. Even more important to my wife and I is the personal interest we felt he took in our needs. We will return to this dealership in the future and will continue to recommend them to others. more

Tom Urick was my salesperson at this dealer and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tom was also very thorough in completing the entire process, as well as, professional. He definitely knew the product he was selling and expressed everything to us in a friendly manner. Would certainly recommend Tom to others looking to buy a car. more

My experience at Bill Brown was awesome! As soon as I went in and discussed what I wanted, my salesman took me for a test drive right away. I was so pleased with the cars' quality and craftsmanship. Tony Juncaj is a great salesperson. My family has been coming to him for the last 20+ years for all of our automotive needs. Being that this would be the first car I bought myself, my father took me directly to Tony without hesitation. His good natured reputation and ease of being able to talk with him felt like a breath of fresh air. After talking with him for not even 10 minutes, both my father and I were talking with Tony like we were catching up with an old friend instead of buying a new car. Tony made the whole experience of buying a new car quick and easy, as well as, enjoyable. He laid out every point in a quick and concise manner! more

Bill Brown Ford is the greatest! I received what I wanted for my trade in and they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and I felt the deal I received was very fair and reasonable. I had to go by another Ford dealership to get to Bill Brown, but Brown's reputation and the referals I received convinced me that it was the right decision. I have recommended both Bill Brown Ford and my salesman to others and will continue to do so...great service overall! more

Rick Vaughn is exactly the type of sales person that my husband and I enjoy working with and is so hard to find. A salesman who does not push the product down your throat, but, is skilled in helping you find exactly what you want. He is intelligent about the products, is a pleasure to work with, and went way out of his way to deliver our new car to our front door because I was having so much difficulty walking! more

I have dealt with a lot of salesman over the years, but none compared to my salesman at this dealership--John. He was very helpful and has followed up several times with calls to see if I was satisfied with the car, and if I had any questions, I could call him anytime. I would highly recommend him to everyone. more

We have special circumstances in that my husband is in a wheelchair and the service department at Bill Brown went beyond the call of duty to get a rental my husband and his wheelchair would fit into and to get the repair done on a timely basis. They really did a great job to accommodate our special needs! more

I had spoken to a few other salesmen at different dealerships and was very disappointed with the information that I had received mainly because it was not what I was asking for and seemed like a waste of my time. I then contacted Chris Miller at Bill Brown and within an hour he had vehicles, prices, different packages all lined up for me to decide upon. He helped us with our last lease of an Explorer and loved it. His knowledge and information was quick and he had listened to me on the pricing and found me a vehicle I wanted and could afford. He certainly exceeded my expectations and I would not go anywhere else to get a Ford vehicle. more

John DesOrmeau, the salesperson who helped me, went above and beyond good business practices to deliver my new car at a convenient time for me. He also spent a lot of time going over all the new features and helping me practice so I was perfectly confident when I drove my new vehicle home from the dealership. He's got a customer for life in me! more

I have been working with Rick Vaughn since 1996. I live about 20 miles from Bill Brown and there are many Ford dealerships between my home and Bill Brown, but because of the courtesy, respect and treatment I receive, I am more than happy to drive back to Livonia! more
