Their quality of work is reprehensible. 5 years after being contracted to repair the main drains our pool, we experienced winter water loss last winter. It is a very long story but, in a nutshell, after the need to replace the plaster on the pool due to the water loss, a leak was discovered at the mains. After hiring a leak-detection service ($400), pin-pointing the leak, and excavating to repair it, it was discovered instead of replacing the main (which we were charged for) they simply puttied the broken line. \r \r They do not stand by their work, let alone do the work. Cons: Their shoddy work cost us thousands more more

The owner of the pool company is a scared little punk John.Had them build a pool at my residential house and everything was going fine till i came home one day to find some of the workers in the back smoking something outta a rock pipe or a bowl or something whatever it was .But i called john to let him know and he said he would deal with it and told me the next day that they were fired plus i didnt want them in my backyard i have young children and they dont need to see that crap.So everything was fine ,i told them i was going on a vacation and before you know it the house gets broke into and they find the person .Well that person happens to be an employee off b&b ,one of the ones that was suppose to be fired ,but never was .Would not recommend these junkies. beware this aint the first time this happened with there employees. Pros: Job got completed Cons: watch your stuff around the house more
