This company is out of control!! I have NEVER seen a group of inept, oblivious, unconcerned individuals as those that ""work"" for B&M. It's been a month since a friend of mine that I referred to their glass company made his initial contact with them. They answer the phone shouting and screaming to others in the background prior to saying, ""Hello"". The old man that eventually came out to my friend's home to measure the window, answered the call saying, ""Girl, come take this call. I can't hear on this phone!"" As if he was being ""bugged"" by this caller.
