Having used a variety of limo & car service companies over the last 9 years in Chicago I can say that BG Limousine is by far the most reliable and certainly the best service I have experience. I have had bad experiences with other limo/car companies are routinely not on time (including one that kept coming on the wrong day!?) Not the case with this company... Also - unlike many other companies the cars do not look like they are old and worn. I have used their sedans, limos, and suvs in the past and all of their vehicles are very new and have exceeded my expectations. Making appointments is always done in a matter of seconds and they are always on time and could not be more friendly. I have used their services for going to and from airports along with special events. Even when I have had a rather complicated night (for an event) they were timely and very helpful. My daughter wanted to celebrate her Sweet 16th birthday by treating 8 of her closest friends to dinner in a chaffeur-driven limousine. BG Limousine didn't have a miminum charge which attracted me and I was able, after finding them on the internet, to confirm my reservation by phone with only 10 days' notice. Leading up to the day of service I corresponded via email several times with the BG representative with various questions I had. The night of service, our limousine arrived early, our chaffeur was professional and friendly to me and my daughter's party and the entire evening went off without a hitch.
