So disheartened by my experience with this company. We have felt stuck from the start. Problem after problem and no remedy whatsoever. If you want to spend money on a lemon or piece of junk go to B&B. They will smile while they get over on you. All I can say is do your homework. If you see 20 Ford Explorers and 20.Sables on the lot... There is a reason.\r more

Had nothing but problems from the car I bought and the staff at this place. Wasted too much time and money into the POS they sold me. Mechanics were clueless, staff was unhelpful. Car bit the dust two months after I paid it off. They're scammers, the pure definition of ""sleazy used car sales"" Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! more

I am just about to finish payments with this car. Guess what? Transmission is gone. When I got it, it had a damage radiator. Spent $700 to replace the radiator, spent 300 for brakes and pads, spent $250 to see why the car shuddered whenever it came to a stop, and now it is over heating and the transmission is gone. I spent so much money on this car and now that I am done with the payments I have nothing to show for it. I babied this car the entire time. B & B is such a rip off! more

Great services, very helpfull, informative, generous. We came in to buy a car today at the Auto Credit Company. Ken was our salesman and he was very helpful. Ken did a great job in explaining the program and getting us itno a vehicle. It was a long day so coffee would have been helpful, but overall it was a good experience. I would definitely return to do business with them again. I would also refer our friends and family to buy a car from here in the future. more

The first review must have been written by one of the salesman.They sell junk, how do I know, this is my second car.The first car blow the motor just before pay off. I was stuck because no dealer wonted to take it as a trade with a loan still on the car, So I let my wife talk me into buying one more car from them. Guess what same thing bad head gasket.When we first bought this is was leaking fluid and we had it sent back to fix the problem. It got fixed they put sealant to hide the problem. I was told it was a water pump seal. more
