Are you ready to rent!?!? 10/7/2008

I have been a renter for a many years now in cities ranging from Kapaa Kauaii to Redding California and in all my years I have never known a property manager like Manzar Azari. She is one of a kind. It's hard leaving home, being away from the protection of my family in one cold town after another. But with Manzar Azari at my side i feel like I am right back at home with my mother watching over me. I got a problem, she's gonna fix it; I need some help, she's gonna give it. Heck, she even gave me her personal cell number!!! Not to mention that the woman can cook some of the best Iranian cuisine I have ever known! To put it simply: if you are looking for a property manager that is going to make things happen and not stop until mission accomplished then look no further. The secret about Maznar Azari is that she doesn't want to just be your property manager, she wants to be your friend. Thanks Manzar, thanks for being my friend. Best Leasing Company in San Francisco - hands down 9/16/2008

I phoned Azari on a Sunday needing help quickly to find a leasing property for my foreign client. They actually phoned me back. On a Sunday! Not only that, I was assigned to an agent immediately who got to work looking for quality matches to meet my client's needs. Azari's people, service, quality of their listings and way of doing business makes looking for a leasing property a relief - just knowing that they are on the job making sure they are showing properties that truly meet my client's criteria is such a relief. I will use Azari again and again and again. Two thumbs up! more

Genie Mantzoros at Azari Property Management has great communication skills and a sense of humor to keep all transactions as stress free as possible for her clients. She knows all the details so you don't have to worry about them. I have bought property with Genie and she manages my rental property as well. Reliable and Honest! 9/12/2008

This past spring my company asked me to relocate to the NorthEast for a few years. Of course, I didn't want to sell my apartment but I knew that trying to manage a property from soo far away would be a hassle. My graduate school class advisor recommended that I reach out to Azari and I am soo glad that I did! Manzar and Inna have been absolutely wonderful. They worked very hard to find me not just the right tenant but one that will be reliable (i.e. pay the rent on time!) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company that will treat them with respect and honesty and who will take care of their property like it is their own. Pros: Will treat you like you are family. more

I would highly recommend Azari Management to anyone moving to San Francisco. My husband and I found an apartment that we loved and Manzar took care of everything else. She met with us on a Sunday evening to begin our paperwork and we had our keys the following Thursday. Manzar and Inna truly went above and beyond and I could not be happier. more

Worst Landlord / Property Management Company in SF 5/1/2008

I had a terrible experience with Manzar and her company Azari Property Management. Manzar knows very little about real estate law in the SF or Calinfornia in general. The property she set me up with was decent until you starting living there. Once that happened everything started falling apart. Everytime I called to have things fixed she would complain and make threats about me having to fix it all despite the fact that it was her fault. Average time to get something fixed was 4 or more weeks. She over charged my account 4 different times for rent. Avoid her and her company like a horrible disease. Cons: Hassling, Lying, Shady, Poorly Maintained Properties, etc. more

convenient for renters 4/28/2008

We rented an apartment from Manzar at Azari Property Management. The apartment is great, and her management is generally nice and hands-off. She offered convenient payment options like pre-dating checks. She's a fun person as well. Manzar is there to answer questions when we have them and communicate needs to the landlord, although she tends to be more of his advocate than ours - good for him I guess though as he's the primary customer and she keeps us out of his hair! However on repairs and such it has generally made more sense to just deal with him directly. I was hesitant to go with a managed rental but now I see that it's actually quite convenient. more

PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and most importantly FAST! 3/17/2008

At first, I've interviewed quite a few PM companies in the San Jose area, then I found a property management company who said they have over 100 years of experience in the Santa Clara county and they promised to rent it with in 2 weeks at top dollar. All baloney! Almost 4 months went by and not a soul visited my condo. more

Manzar and Inna at Azari Property Management do their very best to make the rental process as painless and easy as possible. They are attentive and very professional. We've had no complaints so far and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place. We are renters, not landlords, so we can only speak for the tenant side of things, but they've been great! more

I wanted to get my place in the mission rented fast. Within a week, Manzar and Inna had set up open houses, within a couple weeks she found a tenant and had a rental agreement all set up. The best thing is that both Manzar and Inna have been very responsive. I had called a few other property managers and ended up playing phone tag. If you call Manzar she either picks up within a few rings or calls you back within minutes. more

Excellent and personal service! 11/14/2007

I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience in looking for an apartment than I received with Azari properties. After I moved to San Francisco from New York, I knew I had a minimal amount of time to find an apartment. I searched furiously for a week, scouring Craigslist and going to impersonal open houses. As soon as I set foot in the apartment I now call my own, I knew it was the perfect place. Manzar was wonderful?she was professional and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. During the process of signing my lease, I truly felt Manzar was on my side to have all my needs met. She always answered her phone, was prompt at responding emails, and was the perfect mediator between myself and my landlady during the lease-signing process.
