The Best Rental Agency in San Francisco 6/16/2010

We have rented from several rental agencies & landlords in San Francisco. We can say without a doubt, none of them have even come close to comparing with Azari Property Management. I regret that I didn't find them sooner! Azari stands so far above the rest because, they are highly professional. Renters are treated as high valued clients, which in my experience is rare. In addition, we felt confident through the whole process that things would be done to our level of satisfaction. We can't say any of these things for other rental agencies we've rented from.Working with Olga and Brandon was great. They are exceptional and truly make the process seamless. Plus, we know we can contact them for anything....You definitely, can't say that about other rental agencies in San Francisco! I recommend Azari PM 5/27/2010

Azari took on the task of managing my SF condo when I relocated to TX. They are very knowledgeable about the SF rental markets and set expectations on day 1. There is a lot of legwork involved in finding a renter, and it was a huge relief to have them take on this task. The team worked together to get the unit ready for rental (painting, carpet cleaning, etc), market the property, and schedule showings. Yianni (John), Brandon, Yong, et al, were so great to work with. They gave me regular status updates and went above and beyond to find a good tenant. I know my property and new tenant are in excellent hands. Pros: Professional, Great Customer Service, the job gets done more

Awesome!! 5/19/2010

We were very nervous about finding a reputable property manager in San Francisco after hearing so many horror stories and experiencing some of our own. Azari was incredibly professional and a joy to work with. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interests and definitely cared about our property staying in good condition. They handled every maintenance issue very quickly and were available to answer questions or help us at the drop of a hat. Brandon was particularly helpful with making sure everything was taken care of so we never had to worry about our house and always very kind and easy to work withI would HIGHLY recommend using them to anyone looking to manage their property or looking to rent. My experience with Azari has been wonderful. They are absolutely honest, capable, and responsive, and they have been consistently so throughout all my interactions with Manzar and the Azari team. Each person I've interacted with has also been genuinely personable and friendly. They are a 100% reliable and well organized company, in an industry where almost all of the competition gets terrible marks from clients. I rented out my beautiful house through Azari. My agent Chaman was just awesome, very helpful and explained all the peculiarities of the company's services. They found tenants for me in no time and now I am sure that I will always receive rent from Azari on time and that the propertry is taken care of. Thank you! more

Highly Recommend 2/25/2010

After 3 months with another realty company we were having no success in finding tennants for our home in the Sunset District of San Francisco. We switched to Azari Property Management with Genie Mantzoros as our agent. With in two weeks of our meeting Genie had shown the house to about 25 interested parties. Then tennants who are now renting our home seem like a very good fit for the house. Genie was very personable and professional. She e-mailed and phoned often with up-dates on the progress of the rental. We highly recomend Genie as an agent and were very pleased with her efficent and through job in finding our tennants. more

I have enjoyed a successful, friendly, and happy business partnership with Ms. Manzar Azari and Company. They have managed and taken care of my home as if it were their own home. I have every faith in the complete competency and professionalism of their firm. Ive been working with Azar PM to sell my Condo in SF, and in this economy we just closed Escrow! They are very professional, always looking out for the clients best interest, and making you feel like royalty! Azari Property Management is Professional & Friendy 1/6/2010

I met Manzar, 2 yrs ago, when I needed someone to help rent my flat. We met at an Open House she was holding for another rental-property owner . She presented herself as professional and someone who was very pro-active. It was such a relief to find her, after working with a company that did nothing for 30-days., not even one showing. She immediately, started to show the property and found a tenant within 2 weeks! That was unbelievable given that it was in late October when the market begins to slow. Recently, I consulted with her on a tenant issue and she was incredibly friendly and she did not hesitate to assist, even though we had not transacted any additional business. That speaks volumes. In the 2yrs that have transpired she has grown her business no doubt due to her professionalism and her "can do " attitude. I would not hesitate to hire her again in the future. Thank you once again Manzar ! more

Yes, Azari is really this good. 12/28/2009

Azari made my transition from condo to rental unit smooth and stress free. They painted, repaired, and cleaned the unit quickly and with great care. Sal (Azari's handyman) did fast, quality, and reliable work. Manzar and Genie set realistic expectations and gave me great rental advice. They were always prompt to respond to questions and were a pleasure to deal with. After only a little over a month Azari found a quality tennant for my condo. I also have to mention Inna and Deanna who are also very nice to work with. Pros: Nice, Experienced, and Professional People Cons: Honestly I can't think of any more

Couldn't ask for more. 12/18/2009

I used Azari to help me find a condominium for my mother and started the adventure knowing almost nothing about the process. Thanks to Genie's hard work, dedication, and down-to-earth personality, not only have I purchased my home, but I have the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what I was doing throughout the process. I can honestly say that with all of the nuances, the mountains of paperwork, and the changing market, having an agent who not only knows her stuff but has the patience to explain it to you is an absolute must when embarking on this journey. Thank you to Inna for helping me find the right loan agent and getting me started on the process patiently and attentively, to Genie for getting me through to the end, and to Manzar for assembling such a great group of folks to help those clueless about the real estate world (that's me) get through the process. more

Thank you for making my life easier 12/17/2009

When I decided to hire a management firm to manage renting my condo in San Francisco, I didn't really know how important this decision would be for me. They not only found a renter, but manage the entire relationship. My renter has required frequent attention which I could not have provided because I don't live in San Francisco. Azari not only provides needed attention promptly, but they also check with me in advance before doing anything to be sure I am comfortable with their suggestions. Their service has made renting trouble free. Pros: Providing prompt and thorough service for a reasonable cost more
