I used them for business travel 10 times in 2012. 2 of those times, they left me at the airport, once, because it seemed that it was convenient for them to delay me an hour, in order to save money/gas by picking up two others AND me, but an hour after I landed. They changed my ticket, without a word. Just a new ticket issued the night before. Then, they didn't even have me on their schedule for a pickup, stranded for 2 hours at the airport, and 3 weeks later, the manager wouldn't even call me to apologize. But I did get an email... Horrible service, I'd talk everyone out of them.
