If I could give this place zero stars I would.
This is a review of the Axminster Medical Group in Westchester on Sepulveda Blvd
Their staff was nasty, unfriendly,and unprofessional. I walked up to the front desk and the woman was on the phone talking with her son for 3 whole minutes before she even greeted or acknowledged me. Then she tossed a stack of papers and a pen at me and rudely told me to SIT DOWN and fill it out.
Then Dr. Golden just rushed me out of the office, when I had medical questions and concerns.
This staff has ZERO bedside manners. They are not concerned with the human side of medicine. They only care about HOW MUCH MONEY they can bill for.
