There are two postings on this page by bob s. and adrine s. that are false postings by an individual by the name of Robert C. who is a drug addicted, welfare recipient that purports to compete with Adrien Severo by bidding on jobs for which he is unlicensed. Now he resorts to slandering Mr. Severo through this nearly anonymous means of posting unverifiable excrement that passes for a review. more

Adrien Severo is a great contractor!! He remodeled our 6500 sq ft home in Pasadena and he did a fantastic job! He excercised great project management skills; the work was done on time and it was extremely well done. We recommend Adrien to anyone who is contemplating a major remodeling job. Great GC. more

We hired Adrien Severo to remodel our home in Valencia this year. The project cost over $288,000 and it was worth ev ery cent of it. The project proceeded on time, his subcontractors were top notch, and the workers cleaned up each and every night after they finished. The project was built to architectural and engineering specifications and came in under budget. Mr. Adrien Severo is an excellent general contractor whom I would recommend to anyone wishing to undertake a major remodeling project more

Adrien and all the other crews brought into our project were extremely professional & Knowledgable. They took our 1954 style kitchen and gave us a modern masterpiece. "" I didn't think it was possible."" I would recommend him to anyone. more

I do not recommend doing business w/this party and business/company, unless you do not care about honesty, integrity, and quality. If you watch HGTV Holmes on Holmes, he would be representative of one of those nightmarish jobs. On his work at my house, he claimed to be licensed, but turned out to be expired. There were vendors and laborers who performed work he did not pay. He was rarely onsite and never proactively provided status/updates nor initiated contact, unless to solicit more jobs or money. Most of his excuses/communications turned out to be lies and fabricated stories. There were many damages from his work left unrepaired. Many of his supposedly finished jobs turned out to be inoperable, disfunctional, amateur, subpar, and sub-code. I just don't want honest, decent hard working folks to be scammed or go through same issues. more
