We have had good service from Awesome Bounce, as far as the product is concerned. My one complaint is that the bouncer is not delivered at the agreed upon time.(A church delivery.)
The sales people give me a time frame, i.e., between 3:30-4:30pm.(Event began at 5:30pm.) However, the last time I ordered one, I got a call at 10:30am, telling me that they were at the church. So, I hastily had to make arrangements to go to the church and have them set it up. This is usually what happens.
I'm not sure why a time is arranged when it really doesn't make a difference because the drivers make out their own delivery schedule.
