I've used Awesome Bounce once a year for about eight or nine years for an annual July 4th cook out. They're always on time, always prompt, put the stuff together correctly, and come back to take it down. Basically, they do everything I would expect them to do. The one time I had a problem, I called them up and they were quick to get out and fix it so I didn't have a bunch of screaming children who were disappointed. I won't be using them anymore because I gave up my house, but if I were to do the cook out again, I would definitely call them up. Easy to use for parties 5/23/2013

I have used Awesome Bounce for different parties and they are great. They show up on time, their inflatable jumpers are always clean, and they come pick them up when you ask them to. The people who come are so quick and smooth you often don't even notice they were there. It is an easy company to use. more

Clean units, accommodating service for my event planning business 5/8/2013

Awesome Bounce is great. Every time I have used their services the units are extremely clean which is important to me for my kids. They are always on time, they pick up on time, and when I have called to ask for a later pickup they have been incredibly accommodating to my requests. I own an event planning business and I recommend them to all of my clients because they stay true to their service. I have been using them the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. more

Fantastic service 5/6/2013

We actually booked with a groupon credit and thought may be we would get poor service and even worse, no service. From the confirmation call to the pick up, we couldnt have asked for a better experience! Our daughter and her friends had a blast, thank you so much Awesome Bounce! Horrible service!!!! 3/25/2013

Dirty, disgusting jumper. Had big holes, so ripped was sewn everywhere. Customer service not only sarcastic and rude but combative. Don't ever use. Never worked with a worse company! Awesome Bounce provided exactly what they said and worked with us! 3/16/2013

Awesome Bounce worked with our changing location without problem. We even had to arrange a phone call ahead of time on the day of delivery to let us know when to meet at the location which was not our home. Driver timed it perfectly and was able to set up the bounce house. Bounce house was clean and in good condition. They also came to pick it up exactly when they said they would. It worked out perfectly! Would definitely recommend them to someone else. more

We've rented moon bouncers from Awesome Bounce for my son's birthday, the last couple of years. They have always made it easy to place orders and the bouncers are always delivered on time. The nicest thing is that they let us keep the jumpers over night, which is great for parties that run late. more

My friend referred this company for our daughters birthday 4 years ago and we've been using them ever since. The only issue we've had was a unit that wasn't very clean but I contacted them and they handled the situation very professionally and gave us a credit on our account. Other than that, we are VERY happy with this company and will continue to use them and recommend them at every chance. more

Good price, good service, fun party 2/19/2013

I was very happy with my experience with Awesome Bounce. I had gotten the idea very last-minute to rent a moonbounce for my daughter's 3rd birthday party, the weekend before Halloween, a pretty big party weekend. They had a number of moonbounces still available, at a decent price. The service was great--although it was delivered a little early and my kids were still in their PJs, but they certainly didn't care. They had a blast all day, and we went to bed before the moonbounce was picked up, which was late but quiet. I was overall very happy, but more importantly, my kids loved it. more
