Ordered two bouncers for an elementary back to school function. The delivery representative arrived with 1 and had no idea what was going on. When instructed to contact the office for assistance, the female representative was rude and sarscastic. The money was refunded for the second bouncer purchased,however, very dissapointed in the services that were provided. In addition, school staff was not impressed

Yep, we screwed up on this one. Our local assistant manager did not catch the 2nd unit on this order and by the time he was aware of the issue, it was too late. We're not perfect, and here is proof! We will always give it 100 tho.
