Tons of fun! Affordable & nice people 11/1/2013

We rented a bounce for our daughters birthday, the service was timely, people were nice. Very pleasant & convient experience. Only complaint is the blowers didn't seem to inflate the bounce as much as it should've. The top of the bounce was droopy all day and it felt like it needed more air but it worked safely for us and maybe our outlets didn't supply enough amps it needed to fully operate...overall I would do this again :) more

The Princess bouncer was a huge hit at my daughter's 3rd birthday party. Great value, prompt and professional delivery and pick-up. Exactly what we expected! I've told all my friends, and we will definitely be using this company again. Thanks for making the day one we will never forget! more

Prompt service and quality product 10/30/2013

I had a bad experience with a moon bounce a few years ago. They brought one that was way too small and then did not stand by the product as it was poorly made. I will not use anyone but awesome bounce here on out. more

Back to School Event 10/28/2013

Ordered two bouncers for an elementary back to school function. The delivery representative arrived with 1 and had no idea what was going on. When instructed to contact the office for assistance, the female representative was rude and sarscastic. The money was refunded for the second bouncer purchased,however, very dissapointed in the services that were provided. In addition, school staff was not impressed RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Yep, we screwed up on this one. Our local assistant manager did not catch the 2nd unit on this order and by the time he was aware of the issue, it was too late. We're not perfect, and here is proof! We will always give it 100 tho. We also learn from our mistakes, make updates to policy, software or people, to fix it going forward :) We're truly sorry JoLena, and we hope you that use your credit. -Jeff more

Great bouncer 10/25/2013

Awesome Bounce made it easy to get the perfect bouncer for my 4 year old's party. They delivered it on time, set it up and picked it up on time. Couldn't have been easier! Will definitely use them again. Also they had a great selection- only company I could find with a construction themed bouncer ( a bulldozer)! more

Excellent company, awesome bounce houses 10/21/2013

This is a wonderful company. The are very easy to work with and reliable. We have used them for the past 2 years for our annual Halloween party and they have been great. Moon bounces arrive on time, are set up for you, and picked up during a two hour time window as promised. The bounce houses are clean and well maintained. I would recommend this company. more
