Exceeded Expectations 9/19/2009

My visits always exceed expectation! I enjoy the relaxing and comfortable environment. Kay, Andy and the rest of the staff always create a warm environment and take the time from their busy schedules to talk and treat you like family.... this is rare in today's society and what keeps me coming back! I enjoy getting the parafin wax on my hands while I'm getting my teeth cleaned. This last visit I had a warm towel to wipe my hands and face that was scented. It was incredibly refreshing. Thank you for taking an experience that can be very stressfull (at least for me), and providing little perks that make a big difference. more

Your whole group was very friendly and professional. DR. Engel, thank you for the time you took to explain all of my dental needs and helpful hints. This was very lacking with my last dentist. Your office decor was lovely and made me feel relaxed, unlike the busyness of my last dentist's office. You now have a loyal, happy patient, even though I REALLY hate getting dental work done!!! The added touch of the hand wax was what my dry Cental Oregon hands needed! more
