Dr. Engel and staff provide excellent professionalism along w/ making one feel comfortable. It's not your typical stuffy doctors office. The atmosphere was relaxing, modern, clean and spacious. I appreciate the calm, low stress vibe in the office. When discussing my future procedures I sensed a trust w/ the staff and doctor that I will be in good hands. And if you don't have trust between patient and doctor- then it is pointless to continue. There is a good relation w/ all staff memebers and I think that is also very key to have a nice flow in the office because patients pick up on that as well. I really appreciated the experience. I found the door bell to be annoying due to the sound of it, perhaps if they changed the sound to something more soothing like birds chirping...or not as loud- I don't know - I would recommend listening to different cell ring tones to get a feel for something different. The bell reminded me of walking into a mini-market to buy chips and a soda. LOL Overall I would recommend this dentist practice to anyone.
