I used Aviv years ago when my old washer and dryer had issues. They were wonderful in all aspects- quality service, reasonable price, and very knowledgeable. It had been a long time since then, and I was sad to learn that they don't repair Samsung front-load washers when my ""new"" washer had a few problems a few months ago. They are the best repair service I have ever had experience with. This week, my ""new"" dryer stopped heating, so I phoned to see if they work on GE Profile dryers, and was very happy to hear that they do. It was not an emergency, but they came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. While there, Mr. ""Aviv"" gave me many tips and pieces of useful information regarding both my washer and dryer care. He is incredibly friendly and really knows his business! I will be using his advice to better care for both pieces of equipment. I cannot recommend them highly enough! more

I have used these folks in the past when I lived at another place. This weekend my dishwasher stopped cleaning and I put an online request in. Monday morning they called and said they would be out that day. The technician arrived as promised, actually had the part on his truck and he repaired the problem in under 45 min. including the diagnosis. He is very professional and seems to enjoy educating about appliances and brands. The person handling scheduling is professional and calls when the technician is on his way. It's the best service I can even imagine and it's reasonable in cost. more

Same day service was great! The price was a little bit higher but he had the part on the truck and it's warranted for 10 years by AVIV. I was completely satisfied with their knowledge and recommendations to properly maintain the washer!!! I will be passing their cards out to others in need!!!\r \r LN more

When I called to get an estimate on how much it would be to replace a part on a oven, the person on the phone had no idea what part I was talking about. After going over what I needed 3 times with him, he finally quoted me a price that TWICE the amount that another appliance company had quoted me for. When I told him this all he said was ""oh."" Would not recommend this company! more

Friendly, Fast and Very Professional 8/25/2008

Aviv Appliances got out to my house very fast! They were professional on the phone and once they arrived. They diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher in minutes (the guys I called before Aviv took forever and then suggested an expensive repair). The repair man from Aviv figured out that I had a minor problem that was he fixed for a fraction of the cost that the other guys quoted. They're the only ones that I'll call from now on. Pros: Fast. Professional. Got everything fixed Cons: Can't think of anything. more
