On time on both ends ( pick up& deliver ) \r You may choose a service that there price may be a lil bit lower but I have to say I will go with the service \r That may be a lil bit more . I couldn't be more happy with the service Avid provided me. I needed my BMW moved from California to Florida and they managed to get my vehicle picked up the same day I called them. My wedding is in 12 days and I needed to get on my flight. Calling Avid Car Transport was the best decision I could have made. Thanks a bunch guys! more

They contacted me with a quote to transport my car from Atlanta to Colorado Springs. I gave them a deposit and I never heard from them again. They were unresponsive to all my efforts to contact them via phone or e-mail. In fact, they disconnected the number they gave me and never answered the other number on their website. They never assigned a carrier and did not refund my deposit. I canceled per my rights per the contract agreement and am currently trying to get my money back from my bank. more

I put my information for a quote in. I was then contacted by at least 10 people calling and trying to get my business. The first one was a lady from a company I don't remember. She wanted to set up a deal and it was going to be 1200 dollars. I told her that I had gotten a quote for 860. She said there was no way I would get my vehicle picked up in good amount of time without paying extra. I checked out the site that she was representing and it wasn't very good from the reviews I read. She then started to get angry with me because I refused to give her the sale and I hung up. She then called back but I didn't answer and she elft me a voice mail. I had then gotten many more calls that day from salesmen trying to get the deal. They were all scumbag. No wonder sales people get a bad rep. It's because of these desperate people that will tell you anything (even if it's a lie) to get your money. I decided to go with Avid Car Transport because they weren't pushy at all, they were honest, and their reputation shows you that. The price was very good also.\r \r more

Avid Car Tranport made the final portion of my relocation from California to Texas a hassle free experience. At first, I was skeptical due to the experience I had with the house moving company but was assured that this would be a hassle free experience. Just as he mentioned, the experience using Avid was indeed hassle free. The driver was very comminicative and arrived to pick up the car on the date scheduled and delivered the vehicle to Houston ahead of the schedule date. Avid Car Transport really turned out to be ""Dependable Shippers"".... I went back and forth a while trying to decide , I ended up going with Kim at Avid Car Transport and she was extrememly helpful throughout the entire process. I asked about 20 questions minimum because I didnt know what to expect as a first time shipper- well she explained it all with ease and didnt seem the slightest irritated. 3 days later my car was being picked up in Miami Fl and being shipped to California. Everything was very simple and I really appreciate all the effort because I was truly afraid to ship my car after hearing all of the horrific rumors.
