Have been going to Avel for over 10 yrs. Very very satisfied NEVER had a problem They always stood by their work Prices were good. Most recently fixed the car for my daughter.

I had body repair done on my car here and they did not deliver as promised. They were late finishing the car and when it was returned to me, they forgot to replace my fog lights. ...

Lied to in quoting a maintenance item while doing repair 3/7/2011

Lied to about the quote doing a brake job. Lied to again after agreed for a refund. Will never do business with them ever again. more

excellent service 4/24/2009

I was referred to this facility by AIG insurance . I had a wonderful experienced with them, people were so accommodating and I got my car back on the date that they promised.My car looked great when I picked it up. more

100 Satisfied 4/24/2009

Avel autoworks is a direct repair shop for progressive insurance. They told me to take my car there. The service was excellent. My car was new again. They were so nice to me. They also had a rental car available for me on the spot and my car was ready quickly. I will recommend them . more

Late Delivery 10/10/2005

I had body repair done on my car here and they did not deliver as promised. They were late finishing the car and when it was returned to me, they forgot to replace my fog lights. It also took quite a few phone calls to get this facility to get the job done. I would go elsewhere next time. more
