I was referred to this dermatologist by my physician who generally gives great referrals. I went there to have my moles on my skin looked at, and I was really pleased with the physician assistant who did that and the mole removal. She was very nice and very thorough and answered all my questions. So, after my experience I made an appointment for laser hair removal services.
I could not have been more disappointed. I paid a significant amount of money for this service and had very poor results. Not only that, but these appointments only took 5 to 10 minutes but I waited for an average of 20 minutes!!! And every time, I could see the technician sitting behind the desk on her computer. It was so frustrating to sit there and wait for so long when I had to get back to work. Each time I expressed my frustration with the lack of results but the technician was always super rushed and I just don't think she did a very thorough job. Now a year later I am looking for a new place to do this over again because I have experienced significant regrowth of hair. I know that this is in Lincolnshire and $1000 for this service wasn't a lot of money to most of their clients but to me it was a huge amount of money to spend on something I had wanted for such a long time and I got nothing as a result. I won't go back.
