Avalon Water

I was contacted by a sales person, who was very nice a friendly to do a free, no risk trial to see how we like their water. This is a business office that already had a water system that we liked, but thought we would see if Avalon's water was better. After doing the trial, the employees decided they liked the water system we were using before, so we said no thank you to signing a contract with Avalon. The service tech did not call and let us know when he was coming for their machine. He came when I was busy and did not hook up our other water system. I was told to talk to the service manager and he said they do not hook up other water systems. Understandable somewhat, but they took the line too, so we had no way to hook water back up. After fighting with them, they said they would come back. The rude service guy brings the line and still would not hook it up. We were told by our water company they would charge us to come out and re-hook their system. This was not a hassle free trial and we were without drinking water for several days because of this. Glad we did not sign a contract with this Company! more

I just read the review of someone saying they had a horrible experience with Avalon. I am very surprised to hear that because we have had nothing but great experiences with the water, coffee and service. Everyone over there has been more than friendly and the equipment is the best out there. There water machines are amazing and we absolutley love the Keurig machines as well. more

We have had this company for a few months. The machine has flooded my kitchen twice, and whenever you call John their customer service manager, he is the rudest man I've ever dealt with. Furthermore, he insists that its never their fault that the machine leaks. I would not recommend their equipment or company. There are too many water companies to hassle with these rude people! more

After reviewing the Company and their Wellness Water..I have to say..everyone should be drinking this water. Just go to your google search and type in: "benefits of zeolite" which is just one great factor. Then when you see that the ph of the water is about as perfect as you can get and then add calcium and magnesium nutrients. WOW! Drink LOTS of this water!! Ron more
